Is Bone Broth Your Key to Better Health and Immunity?
Bring back the healing power of soup!
It should be clear by now that this mad, mad world isn’t too good for your health.
The Standard American Diet (read: mostly garbage) of convenience and manufacture, the widely debated but documented effects of GMO foods, fluoridated water, sugars and artificial sweeteners, overconsumption of grains and more have all weakened our substance to a significant degree.
Diseases of all kinds are skyrocketing, with a never before seen prevalence of autoimmune disorders – including Celiac Disease, gluten intolerance, Crohn’s disease, leaky gut syndrome and Autism spectrum disorders.
If they don’t affect you, they may well affect a loved one.
One widely recommended way to combat such a weakened immune system and digestive disorder is to consume bone soup – a broth base created from animal bones like chicken, beef or pork. (Please seek out a responsibly raised source that is GMO-free, free range and/or grass fed, etc. for best results)
Simply add the bones of your choice to a water base, add desired vegetables and spices, and simmer for 12, 18 or even 24 hours for a healthy and immune boosting broth! Already cooked bones are typically recommended — just save the ones from dinner. The Internet is full of recipes for improved flavor (but avoid any calling for MSG or potential allergens) as well as soup to be made from the base you created.
After cooking, strain the bones, and voila. Your homemade bone soup is guaranteed to have far more nutrition than any broth bought off the shelf, even from an organic or natural store.
