SPOILER ALERT: Our analysis and review of the film contains spoilers – as in, completely spoiling the plot of the movie for those who’ve not seen it yet. On the other hand, it also contains hidden meanings and buried messages which we personally feel are more interesting when discussed and brought to the surface (even if it is ahead of seeing the film). Fair warning.
Ari Aster’s Midsommar is more than just a movie; it’s a milestone in modern human affairs. It feels like we’re at the brink of a major transition in society, and the clues of what’s happening and what’s to come may be buried in this film.

The film stands out as one of the most blatant and self-referential examples of occult media in recent times, and one which we personally could not ignore. This movie isn’t just a movie… it’s a sign post on the road society is being driven down.
