Google Hails Age of Cyber War & Digital Revolution

Technocratic Aims Merge With Bilderberg Agenda, as Google Execs Eric Schmidt and Jared Cohen See Militarized Internet Where Privacy Is Dead

In the coming age, billions more in the developed world will gain access to the Internet and digital world, while the surveillance state and power of computers will grow, according to projections by leading Google executives Eric Schmidt (current executive chairman and former CEO) and Jared Cohen (Google Ideas think tank director) in a new book The New Digital Age: Reshaping the Future of People, Nations and Business.’

A promo video for their book outlines topics which foretell a ‘democratized’ but nonetheless controlled world closely aligned with many known objectives of the emerging global controllers, many of whom meet annually at Bilderberg and regularly frequent other elitist roundtable groups.

Further, the book is endorsed by a who’s who of new world order agenda players.

Google co-authors Eric Schmidt and Jared Cohen, both helping to develop the global/national security matrix, argue that the coming digital era will be marked by military action in cyber-warfare, digitally-driven revolutions (think Arab Spring uprisings), total surveillance (online and physical), and the end of the “delete” button, meaning that privacy, anonymity and undos will be replaced by a permanent database that will essential log entire digital record footprints for individuals.

Jared Cohen is an interesting figure in relation to this agenda, as the founder and director of Google Ideas, a “think/do tank” created at the behest of Eric Schmidt in 2010 that has “come under scrutiny for its links with the US State Department and its ‘regime change’ activities.” Indeed, Cohen, also a Council on Foreign Relations senior fellow, worked for the State Department on the Policy Planning Staff under Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice and later under Secretary of State Hillary Clinton during 2006-2010.

Rice wrote in her book No Higher Honor that Cohen,

“would use his position at Policy Planning to begin to integrate social media into our diplomatic tool kit. That would pay off handsomely some years later, when Twitter and Facebook became accelerants of democratic change in the Middle East.

Wikipedia further notes that Cohen “played an instrumental role in helping shape counter-radicalization strategies and advised on US policy towards Iran and the Middle East” and that he led delegations to specific locales starting in 2009, including Iraq, Russia, Mexico, Congo and Syria.

Alternative news reporter Tony Cartalucci has made a strong on-going case (over the course of many articles) exposing how the U.S. State Department in conjunction with NGOs like National Endowment for Democracy and Freedom House as well as think tanks like Brookings and Soros/Brzezinski’s International Crisis Group fomented the Arab Spring to foster general upheaval in the Mid-East region.

These Western entities essentially created astroturf democracy by sponsoring groups like the April 6 movement who brought the Egyptian revolution – in turn hijacked and taken over by a repressive military regime – into being, with great aid from online social media organization. The appearance of grassroots democracy triumphing over dug-in dictators in Egypt and elsewhere in the regime gave the world reason to cheer, while masking the hidden hand of Anglo-American establishment control.

The NY Times article “Spring Awakening: How an Egyptian Revolution Began on Facebook” discusses the famous role of Wael Ghonim, an Egyptian and Google marketing executive who created the “We Are All Khaled Said” Facebook page that sparked outrage and contributed toward the now infamous uprising at Tahrir Square.

Even according to Wikipedia, Google Ideas head Jared Cohen was “in Egypt during the January 25, 2011 revolution. According to Wael Ghonim, the Egyptian security forces interrogated him about his relationship with Cohen during his initial days of incarceration.”

Indeed, documents have revealed that Cohen had dinner with Wael Ghonim in January 2011, just before the revolution surfaced.

Moreover, Google CEO Eric Schmidt publicly praised the actions of Wael Ghonim, stating that he was “very proud,” while claiming to have had no previous discussions with Ghonim about protest actions. (NY Times, Google Praises Executive’s Role in Egypt Revolt)

Leaked documents revealed that Stratfor, a private intelligence agency with significant overlap in government activity, took note of Jared Cohen after being tipped off by a Google contact. The documents make clear that a ‘regime change’ operation was underway, with questions from Google and Stratfor employees about whether the “loose cannon” was “driving without a license” and whether Cohen was operating under State Department or White House license, or was merely a “hippie activist.”

The documents also show concern that as a Jew manipulating politics in the Muslim-dominated middle east, Cohen was setting himself up to get ‘whacked.’ “Cohen might end up having an accident if he is not careful. This is not child’s play,” Stratfor email correspondence showed, after discussing Cohen’s plans to travel to the UAE, Azerbaijan and Turkey.

Burton, a Stratfor vice-president for counter-terrorism responded with a chilling expression of tacit support for Cohen’s death as a means of exposing the effort underway:

“GOOGLE is getting WH [White House] and State Dept. support and air cover. In reality, they are doing things the CIA cannot do. But, I agree with you. He’s going to get himself kidnapped or killed. Might be the best thing to happen to expose GOOGLE’s covert role in foaming up-risings, to be blunt. The US Gov’t can then disavow knowledge and GOOGLE is left holding the shit bag.” (doc-id 1121800)

Without a doubt, Google has a documented role in fomenting the Arab Spring uprisings, and it likely played a role in the ‘hot’ take overs in Libya and Syria as well. The dominoes are connected and all paths lead to Persia, where Jared Cohen spent time and has been sowing the seeds of dissent through an unconventional and highly technological warfare strategy. Stratfor pinned the connection to Cohen’s higher up, Eric Schmidt, with whom he has now written a book in part to explain away the unprecedented role of technology in revolution – as meaningful as the use of the printing press in establishing and promoting Anglican Christianity and the American and French Revolutions. Stratfor documents reveal these concerns in tracing Cohen’s role:

“Why hasn’t Google cut ties to Cohen yet? Or is Cohen’s activity being endorsed by those higher up in the [company] than your contact?”

In turn, Burton replied, “Cohen’s rabbi is Eric Schmidt and Obama lackey. My source is trying to find out if the billionaire owners are backing Cohen’s efforts for regime change.” (doc-id 1111729)

SHADOWS ON THE WALL: JARED COHEN, INTERNET REVOLUTIONARY, A MODERN DAY LAWRENCE OF ARABIA?

As a Rhodes Scholar who had “spent time in Iran” and “hung out in Iraq during the war,” Cohen has the appearance of a 21st Century Lawrence of Arabia armed with a computer. T.E. Lawrence was an inner-circle accolyte of Cecil Rhodes’ secret society, working out of Oxford under the so-called Milner Kindergarten, as documented by historians Carroll Quigley and Arnold Toynbee. In popular culture, Lawrence became famous as a figure who single-handedly walked into the desert and created a united Arabia out of dispersed tribes, as portrayed in the 1962 Lawrence of Arabia epic by director David Lean. Today’s pattern of perpetual conflict and behind the scenes profiteering by corporations gives a clearer picture into the reality of Lawrence’s example, as well as that of Cohen.

A transcript from a scene in the David Lean film highlights the ‘double-edged’ position of Lawrence, and the “illusion” that plays into the covert British-led uprising for geopolitical gain.

Scene in Lawrence of Arabia captures duplicity of the British Empire and the illusory nature of freedom (click to enlarge).

Indeed, a successful narrative of “hope” and self-determination is the ultimate ingredient to pass the sniff test on a real stinker of a fraudulent bargain. The power play on the part of the British was so blatant that Lawrence could scarcely hold it back with a straight face. Buying into his own theatrics as a ‘savior’ and hero were perhaps his only escape as the system he served conned another dupe client state.

King Faisal was selected by Lawrence to unite the Arab tribes under a single banner as part of a tertiary front in World War I against the Ottoman Empire in the name of revolting for their freedom – under the ultimate banner of the Empire. The upset over negotiations after the war played a role in puncturing the momentum of the League of Nations’ inflated hopes for world government.

The conversion of a tribally organized region into a pliable state ultimately serving British interests is compared in an analogy form to the discovery of a “well” in the desert, trumped by the production of an entire “waterworks” (i.e. oil?). Such is also true of Jared Cohen’s efforts and motivations in the Arab Spring. There is more at work than first appears.

In the Lawrence film, Bentley, an American looking to draw the U.S into WWI on behalf of some influential figures discusses propagating Lawrence’s exploits to entice the American public into an ‘adventurous’ war. Before later mocking the sucker’s bargain for “freedom” by qupping “there’s one born every minute,” Bentley states:

“We Americans were once a colonial people and we naturally feel sympathetic to any people, anywhere, who are struggling for their freedom.”

The parallel to Cohen-style revolution is clear: the lure of independence is enticing bait to support a larger destabilization of an existing order. Lawrence’s dream of an independent Arabia was crushed, as any illusory notions from Cohen’s idealistic side, or from a hopeful public, will also prove vaporous.

The hand of Western power is effectively masked in the public mind behind the victorious image of a people-powered revolution bolstered by benign social media technology including Facebook and Twitter sweeping through a backward and repressive middle east region that is already constantly at war.

But in reality, the presence of phony color revolutions – essentially patented by George Soros in a modification of the British “Great Game” system, and sponsored the public-private partnership between the U.S. State Dept., NGOs and technology corporations – is plain to see for any who wish to follow the trail of connections and analyze the true events. Egypt’s soured revolution is emblematic of the double game and converted intentions of U.S. foreign policy and globalist design.

BILDERBERG: CRISIS INTERVENTION SOLUTIONS

The now notorious Bilderberg group is not a one stop shop for power, as critics of the secretive group’s critics have pointed out in effort to silence consideration of their immense importance.

To say that Bildberg is an influential meeting place is an understatement. With a veritable continuity of operations, Bilderberg invitees and steering members comprise the inner driving corp of industries who pick up where I.G. Farben left off in chemical production and social deterioration capital. Its political node is highly connected and largely subservient to the Robber Baron class and their gearing-turn foundations, who drive a related sphere of NGOs and burgeoning global institute fronts that ‘do what government can’t’ by carrying out untenable but desirable policy on behalf of an Anglo-American establishment that believes in its own myth of superiority while writing off the bulk of humanity as deserving victims in their ritualistic performance of destruction.

Problem-reaction-solution is the simple formula attributed to Hegel’s dialectical thinking that describes the process of “change” in public policy, whereas modification in societal laws and practices are achieved through catalysts, a chemical burn that, like toast, is charred or changed forever.

The problems are manufactured, of course. So are the solutions.

False flag events; headline stories; public relations stunts; iconic dilemmas that demand action.

The manipulative power of the media is enough to frame the kind of “problems” that require “solutions” after the public “reacts.” Bilderberg’s many partners are frequently found dabbling in the “problems” business, but the bulk of the group’s influence lies in its ability to act as a focal point for action response programs. They are in the “solutions” business, with partners and clients ready to serve up the means to protect the environment, stop wars, counter terrorism, engage democracy under shifting population conditions, control growth, compete in the global market place, and especially, to neutralize conflict.

Someone like Jared Cohen, with the backing of someone like Eric Schmidt, who meets annually with powerful luminaries at their confabs, is ripe to bring a new world order dream into fruition – one round of chaos at a time. The clean-up is handled by partners, the backing comes from the government and political/economic victories mean dividends for shareholders in the covert action.

If ‘you break it, you buy it’ defines one of life’s most common rules in civility, regime destabilization is one of the cheapest ways to buy something that is not for sale, and which cannot be easily harnessed or packaged. Such is true of the middle east and other related moves on the grand chessboard.

This author began pointing out several years ago that the Bilderberg agenda was absorbing many of the high level techies from Silicon Valley, and unceremoniously crowning a new cadre of technocrat social engineers that will direct the coming years so long as their system of predatory finance and political control remain.

Bill Gates (both Jr. and Sr.) as well as fellow Microsoft executives like Craig J. Mundie have already been integrated into Bilderberg for well over a decade. Gates & co. now implement the elitist agenda worldwide – including vaccines, GMOs, depopulation and technology – through the omnipresent and powerful Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and its partners in the NGO, United Nations and national sectors.

More recently, Bilderberg Steering Committee member Peter Thiel, the venture capitalist behind PayPal and Facebook, has helped recruit attendees including the likes of Eric Schmidt (Google), Chris Hughes (Facebook), Jeff Bezos (Amazon.com), Reid Hoffman (LinkedIn), Sean Parker (Facebook, Spotify; Napster founder) and several other influential figures in the online and social media sphere.

This technical expertise meets at the table with the likes of Keith B. Alexander, the commander of US Cyber Command and concurrent director of the National Security Agency and other figures in policy, setting the scene for emerging cyberwarfare incidents, hack attacks on ‘rogue’ nations like Iran (as with Stuxnet), mass tracking of the public through social networking and color revolutions-gone digital (as with the Arab Spring).

This argument about Bilderberg’s tech-driven agenda is supported by recent meeting topics [Bilderberg Topics: 2010-2012; 2008-2009]:

  • “Cyber-terrorism” (2008, USA)”Cyber-terrorism: Strategy and Policy” (2009, Greece)”The Growing Influence of Cyber Technology” (2010, Spain)
  • “Social Networking: From the Obama Campaign to the Iranian Revolution” (2010, Spain)
  • “The Middle East: What Does Democracy Mean?” (2011, Switzerland)
  • “Economic and National Security in a Digital Age” (2011, Switzerland)
  • “Technological Innovation in Western Economies: Stagnation or Promise?” (2011, Switzerland)
  • “Connectivity and the Diffusion of Power” (2011, Switzerland)
  • “Stability and Instability in the Middle East” (2012, USA)
  • “How Do Sovereign States Collaborate in Cyber Space?” (2012, USA).

Clearly many of these agenda items reflect the disguised role of U.S. foreign policy and numerous global partners reaching for a greater era of cooperation – for the good of all… everyone of you.

[Applause for “democracy”]
