In his memoir, Nicholas Murray Butler, a founder and president of the Carnegie Endowment for Peace and proponent of world government, glorifies the secret Bohemian Grove gathering, noting also a unique variety of the Burial of Care ritual during WWI. Butler holds a 1931 Nobel Prize for advancing the “establishment-oriented” bid for world peace.
